On-site telephone location discovery and inventory
Our team will move through your physical space, using your floor plans, and locate and record every telephone we find. Upon completion, we will provide you with a spreadsheet that can easily be used to implement enhanced
911 services. Our team operates efficiently and accurately, with an error rate of between 1-3%.
Development of customized key metrics
When completing your audit, we can customize what information you would like to see in the final report. We can collect information such as; telephone extension, port, telephone type, address, building, floor, room, etc. We are flexible to meet your needs.
Network Mapping
Our enhanced services include providing you
with information on network mapping, by matching a physical location to each network port and IP Address. This information is required with enhanced 911 services for any SIP phones in your environment.
